Sound to Health Vibes and Rhythm Workshop
Overview
Whenever there are groups of people working together, there is a perceived “Vibe” that evolves from the interaction. Up until now, there has been no process for specifically enhancing the “Vibe”, it just happens, or it doesn’t.
This can lead to missed opportunities because we may not have been aware of how Harmony and Rhythm work.
For an organization or group to work in harmony and rhythm, the individuals have to know more than “the vibe’s off”. We have to each get an actual “Feel” for what different vibes and rhythms do to us and how we react without even knowing why.
This Introduction to Vibrational Literacy will introduce:
What should I expect?
The workshop will introduce and explore concepts of rhythm, harmony, vibration and how they apply to our success as individuals, as teams and as an organization. Be prepared to be active in the experience and to participate at a level that will require mild to moderate physical, sonic, and verbal activity.
What should I bring?
Whether this workshop takes place outdoors or indoors, appropriate social distancing will be practiced. This includes masks when or if necessary.

- Stay focused and keep your own beat
- Unfamiliar Rhythms

Be prepared to be active in the experience and to participate at a level that will require mild to moderate physical, sonic, and verbal activity.
What should I bring?
- Water – refillable bottle recommended
- If outdoors, a lawn chair or other seating may be appropriate
- An open mind
- A willingness/commitment to participate
- Comfortable clothing that will allow unimpeded movement
- Shoes that will be comfortable during periods of standing and moving
